This building, located nearby the Erasmus Bridge in Rotterdam, has LED lights in matrix of 22 x 44. They are attatched to the each windows. Willem de Koning Art Academy in Rotterdam has organized to develope the control part. Several artists contributed animations. The academy has been making a program every week since November 2000.

I made an animation "CLIMBMAN", which illustrates men climing on the building and fall to the water in the end. If you are lucky you can see it if it is selected in a program of the week.

The LED controlling system has been developed by Willem de Kooning Academie.
